I have been very lucky to have Jason as a coach for Triathlon. He has been working with me for almost a year, and the amount of growth and knowledge I have gained as an athlete, has been insurmountable. When I began training with Jason, I had very little knowledge about the science of the sport, form or how to devise any kind of training plan so I could become stronger and faster. In designing a plan for me and coaching me, I have made huge strides as an athlete. His knowledge and experience with triathlon has come from his many years of dedication and training in the sport, and his ability to train other athletes is comprehensive, compassionate and precise. Jason has taught me so much about Triathlon, from the most basic things like equipment and how they work, to training plans, proper form, injury prevention and care, nutrition and many other areas that encompass the sport. He is a master at using Training Peaks, even being able to calculate and predict the exact times of my completed workouts. Jason's skills with charting my progress and creating my training for me, has not only made me a better athlete physically, but also more confident about my abilities and training independently. Having Jason as a coach has helped me reach my goals in ways I could never have imagined, and I look forward to many more seasons of training with him.
